ACZ TRADUCERI uses the information you submit to assess your request, prepare a quote and contact you. You can contact us directly without uploading documents to the website.
Data we process
Your name, email, telephone number, message and voluntarily supplied documents. Send only what is necessary for assessment and redact sensitive information that is not relevant.
Purpose and recipients
Processing is intended to answer your enquiry and take steps before entering a contract. With the consent given in the form, your request is sent to the office through the configured email provider. We do not use these data for marketing.
Data retention
Data are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a contract is entered into, in accordance with applicable obligations. Contact us by email for retention and deletion details.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, as applicable, and withdraw consent for processing based on it. Email acztranslations@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.
Confidential documents
You may request an NDA before sending files. Do not upload medical data or other special-category information before discussing a suitable transmission method with the office.
